NAILS
Shellac / Gel Polish Manicure or Pedicure
For hands or toes, we start with cleansing the nails, carrying out full cuticle work, then file and shape. Then polish on an ultra-glossy, flawless Shellac or Gel Polish colour of your choice, lasting up to two weeks! Finish off with nourishing cuticle oil.
Acrylic Overlays
Acrylic Overlays skip the extension step, and instead of adding artificial length onto the nail, the acrylic is simply applied directly onto the natural nail in order to add strength and durability. Once applied and set, nails are filed and buffed to the desired shape and high gloss Shellac or Gel Polish is applied. Finishing off with nourishing cuticle oil.
Overlays are particularly good for either individuals who have trouble growing out their natural nails, or for nail biters who have short and brittle nails as a result of their habit.
Acrylic Extensions
A lightweight plastic plate that follows the shape of the nail is glued to the tip of the natural nail in order to add length. Acrylic is then applied on top of the extension and is allowed to set in order to secure the extension and add strength and shine. Nails can be shaped into any shape or length! Once buffed smooooth, a high gloss Shellac or Gel Polish is applied. Finishing off with nourishing cuticle oil.
Infills
After around 2-3 weeks you may need to return to for a ‘maintenance’ appointment or ‘infills’. The infill process will generally involve buffing off old colour and filing out the re-growth area flush to the nail so that the acrylic can be reapplied, filed, buffed, polished and oiled so that the nails look as good as new once again.

This can be applied as an overlay over your natural nail, or on extended plastic or sculpted nail tips.
